This episode is with Nick Fisher, the creator of Cocktail Chemistry. Nick started making his videos back in 2016, and he covers everything from classic cocktails and shaking techniques to some more advanced techniques, like making hollow ice sphere and then fill it with your cocktail. We talk about how the channel got started and how Nick got interested in cocktails resources that he uses, and where his ideas for these videos come from. Hope you all enjoy folks, cheers!

For this episode I had a chance to connect with Diana Pittet who, along with Scott Rosenbaum, is teaching “The History, Culture, and Politics of Drinking” as part of the Food Studies program at NYU. Before diving into some of the details around the class, Diana shared about her early interest and study of Latin, her trips to study the history of cheese, and getting to see the cocktail revolution unfold in New York City. I hope you all enjoy, cheers folks!
